IND VS AUS 1st ODI 2020 PREVIEW

Finally its time for Kohli and co. to take over Australian kangaroos on their own soil. Team India is playing its first match after lockdown, its been over 9 months since they last played a match together in the Indian jersey against New Zealand in February. This is going to be a two month long and hectic tour for both teams comprising of ODI, T20 AND TEST matches, with ODI series starting from tomorrow at Sydney. Both the teams are looking balanced but Australia has a slight advantage due to the unavailability of Rohit Sharma in the Indian camp. But apart from that, it is going to be a close contest. Australian batting order is looking very giant due to the presence of Finch, Warner, Smith and Labuschagne at the top order. India would rely heavily on Bumrah and Shami to take wickets upfront otherwise Australia will register a huge total on board. Spinners will have a big contribution in the match as Sydney's pitch provides turn and grip for slow bowlers. Chahal and Jadeja will have a pivotal role in the middle overs. On the other hand Indian batting looks decent in the presence of captain Virat and in form Rahul and Shikhar. Mayank will get a chance to showcase his talent at the top in the absence of Rohit. There is a mini battle at no.6 spot between Manish Pandey and Hardik Pandya. The latter is making a comeback for India after a long time. Mighty Australian pacers would be waiting for the match to begin as they will enjoy bowling at a Rohit less Indian batting on a pacy, bouncy wicket. Starc and Cummins will hunt in pair with the new ball and in the death overs. Zampa will be a key a factor in the middle overs for Australia. Now let us have a look at ODI statistics of Sydney cricket ground.

IND VS AUS 1st T20 2020 PREVIEW

So After a one sided ODI series, we will move forward to the shortest and most uncertain format of the game...the T20's. Australia won the ODI's and will be high on spirits to take on India at Canberra today. While India who resisted a whitewash and won the 3rd ODI will carry a momentum with them, coming in this match. Players from both the teams participated in the recently concluded IPL 2020 and will be well versed with this format. Last time when both the teams played a T20 series against each other in Australia, the equation was 1-1.Talking about India, there are 2 inclusions to the squad of ODI that will play in the T20's, Sundar and D Chahar comes in place of Gill and Kuldeep. I want to clarify a mistake I did in my preview video which I posted the previous day, I forgot about KL Rahul as an opening option and counted only Agarwal and Samson as replacements of Rohit. Rahul walks straight into the playing xi as an opener after an outstanding IPL 2020. He will open al...

IND VS AUS 3rd T20 2020 SUMMARY

No whitewash in the end, but good game of cricket today. The momentum swung both sides but ultimately went towards the Aussies. The match began with India winning the toss again and opting to bowl first. The Men in blue came unchanged as expected while Finch was back as captain for Australia replacing Stoinis who was unfit. Matthew Wade opened with Finch and gave an amazing start to Australia just like he did in the second T20. Finch who was making a comeback got out early to Sundar while trying to hit him big. After that Smith and Wade batted together and made a partnership of 65 runs, Wade was in full aggressive mode and was batting ruthlessly, he spared no one, while Smith was playing run a ball kind of innings. Sundar got the better of him in the 10th over. In came Maxwell who got a lifeline earlier in the innings when he got caught out to Chahal in the 13th over but it was called a no ball as Chahal had overstepped. After that he never turned back. Wade and Maxi created an e...
