A Dead rubber at Sydney tomorrow as India have already clinched the T20I series and have taken an unassailable lead of 2-0. But the visitors will come in full force as they have a chance to repeat history and whitewash Australia on their own soil, just what they did in 2016. While Australia will try to rectify their mistakes and play for their pride. Indian team is likely to remain unchanged after a brilliant performance in the second T20. They have momentum on their side and all the batsmen are looking in great form. However, Samson would want to score a big knock as his tendency to throw his wicket after a getting a good start is very much prevalent in the first two matches. Otherwise there are no worries in the batting department. Coming to India's bowling, the bowlers had a bad day in the previous match and went for a lot of runs. Sundar was destroyed by Wade in the powerplay which is known as his strength. Chahar was very costly, and so was Chahal. The lone standout performer was Natarajan, who was only playing his third international match for India and bowled outstandingly, he did variations in his length, executed yorkers well and proved to be successful. But other bowlers have to make a mark in the last match if India wants 3-0 clean sweep. Australia on the other hand would think where did they went wrong. They played a full strength team in the whole series apart from Warner who is injured but still lost the series and are now on the verge of getting whitewashed. Justin Langer the coach hinted that Finch may play tomorrow and lead the side after being out from the 2nd T20. Which means Darcy Short has to sit out because Matthew Wade batted amazingly in the previous match and will continue to open for the Aussies. the middle order will be unchanged. While in bowling, Josh Hazelwood may return in place of either Tye or Sams as both of them leaked a lot of runs and were unsuccessful. The two leggies Zampa and Swepson have performed superbly and is the only major positive for Australia till now in this series. There will be hopes from Maxwell too as he has been silent in the two matches and we can expect a monstrous knock from Big Show tomorrow, especially if Australia want to resist a whitewash. On the whole, India will back themselves to display yet another stupendous performance at SCG and end the white ball series on a high.
